(Telecompaper) Nigeria's largest online mall Konga and African pioneer composite e-commerce company Yudala have officially announced a merger of their operations, reports CommunicationsWeek. This will see them effectively become the biggest organised retail and e-commerce marketplace on the African continent, it added. The merger takes effect from 01 May and will see both companies operate under the Konga brand name.
