Kroger to open earlier than expected at Shelter Cove

The Kroger in the new Shelter Cove Town Centre on Hilton Head Island is scheduled to open on Dec. 10. The Kroger grocery store at the new Shelter Cove Towne Centre will open Dec. 11, a month earlier than expected, according to mall manager Roni Allbritton.
