L.B. Foster Co (FSTR) Cut to "Strong Sell" at Zacks Investment Research

According to Zacks, "LB Foster's fourth-quarter 2015 earnings and revenues missed its respective Zacks Consensus Estimates by 13.6% and 6.6%. Quarterly revenues were hurt by unfavorable currency fluctuations, soft sales in Union Pacific Railroad business, lower steel prices, poor piling products demand and weak volumes.
