LAFD Chief Ralph Terrazas returns to his Wilmington elementary school to talk quake safety

Los Angeles Fire Department Chief Ralph Terrazas returned to his elementary school alma mater Tuesday to teach students what to when an earthquake strikes. Terrazas was joined at Gulf Elementary School by representatives of Children's Hospital Los Angeles, the Southern California Gas Company, Department of Water and Power, the Los Angeles School Police, and the Governor's Office of Emergency Services.
