With I²C interface and one-time programmable ROM, TPS92660, 80 V input, 2-string LED driver consists of one DC/DC buck regulator and one linear channel for 2-color LED mixing. Analog or PWM input signals can be used for brightness/color adjustment. As 85 V input, adjustable frequency, synchronous buck DC/DC LED controllers, TPS92640 and TPS92641 offer analog and PWM inputs for respective dimming ratios of 500:1 and 2,500:1. Model TPS92641 supports 20,000:1 ratio parallel shunt FET dimming.
