LSB Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) recently announced that its Pryor, Oklahoma chemical facility (“Pryor Facility”) has commenced operations at its principal ammonia plant at near design rates. On November 21, 2012 the Company announced that the Pryor Facility had stopped production to install a replacement ammonia converter and to perform unplanned maintenance
