LSI Industries Inc. today announced that Dennis W. Wells has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer . As previously contemplated, and consistent with the Company's management succession plan, Robert J. Ready no longer holds the title of Executive Chairman, but will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
