Landstar System Inc. is calling this quarter "the best we have seen in 2014," according to a recent analyst note from BB&T Capital Markets. In response, analysts have raised the expected earnings range to an average between 79 cents and 82 cents per share, up from the previous expectation of 77 cents to 82 cents per share.
