A short section of the right lane of the westbound approach to the Hawthorne Bridge will be closed for several months starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, February 19 during work to repair the cap beam of a column that supports the approach. About 250 feet of the lane will be closed on the approach ramp above SE Water Avenue. The bus stop above Water Avenue is west of the lane closure and will remain open. Bicyclists and pedestrians will not be impacted by the lane closure.
