BIO announced that Dr. Jennifer Holmgren, CEO of LanzaTech carbon recycling company, has been selected by a committee of peers to receive 2015 BIO Rosalind Franklin Award. The award was established to honor an outstanding woman in the field of industrial biotechnology. Prior to joining LanzaTech, Dr. Holmgren was VP and General Manager of the Renewable Energy and Chemicals business unit at UOP LLC, a Honeywell Company. She is author or co-author of 50 US patents and 20 scientific publications.
