Large, slow-moving load to wind through York County to Glatfelter on Friday

A large, empty steel storage tank will be moving through York County on Friday, and drivers should expect delays from the slow-moving operation. The tank is being transported from Greiner Industries in Lancaster County to Glatfelter paper company in Spring Grove, said Tim Thoman, owner of Thoman Transportation Services in Spring Grove.
