Combining Opnext laser diode with externally adjustable optics, Panasonic aspherical glass lens, electronics, and anodized aluminum housing, Laser Diode Modules are suitable for inspection, alignment, and sensing. Units are compact, CW, visible, or IR lasers producing elliptical beam. Measuring 12 mm dia x 53 mm L, modules are available in 5 wavelengths of 635, 639, 660, 830, and 852 nm, at powers up to 75 mW. RoHS compliant units operate from 3–6 Vdc at temperatures from -10 to +50°C.
