Based on laser line triangulation, scanCONTROL 26xx/BL and 29xx/BL use short wavelength of 405 nm, making them suitable for use with red-hot glowing metals, semi-transparent materials, and organic materials. Profile frequencies up to 4,000 Hz enable sensors to be used in high-speed applications, such as measurement of rail tracks on moving trains. Offering measuring ranges from 25–265 mm in z-axis and to 143.5 mm in x-axis, scanners output measurement data via Ethernet or serial interface.
