Secured by push and turn locking mechanism, DC Plugs and Sockets are available with diameters of 2.1 or 2.5 mm and rated for 2 A at 16 Vdc. Plugs may be connected to cables by customers or supplied as ready wired 2 m over-molded plug cables with free ends suitable for external power supply OEMs. Featuring normally closed contact operated by inserting plug, PCB mountable sockets have insulation resistance of 100 mΩ minimum at 500 Vdc and dielectric withstand voltage of 500 Vac for 1 min.
