Lawmakers seek boost in transportation funding for upstate

As state budget negotiations continue, Assemblyman Mark Johns, R-Webster, on Wednesday called for an increase in transportation funding for upstate communities. John was joined in Albany by colleagues from both houses of the state Legislature, as well as highway superintendents and workers statewide.
