Your Mission One of the main tasks of the DLR GfR mbH is to operate and manage the constellation of Galileo satellites from the Galileo Control Center in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany. For the performance of tasks in the legal area we are looking for a Legal Advisor. Responsibilities Responsibility for all legal matters including European law as well as several national laws Analysis and maintenance of existing contracts as well as preparation and implementation of new contracts Support of administrative processes in preparing tender documentation, evaluation reports and negotiation files Support and manage all legal aspects of large industrial service contracts Advise the management to ensure compliance to the contracts Deal with administrative, contractual and legal problems arising from the implemented contracts andor new contracts Participating in reviews in the areas of legal related areas Prepare, update and analyse documentation and contracts with regard to Consultancy Service Agreements or other supplier contracts Skill Requirements Master of Science in Law or equal certificates Longtime experience in legal affairs Comprehensive experience in legal environment within the space business Comprehensive understanding of the relevant legal procurement regulations applicable with EC GSA ESA Being able to understand complex environments and provide recommendations to the management team Fluent in German and English in reading, writing and spoken language Your Start You can look forward to an employer who will value your engagement and who supports your development with various opportunities for further qualifications and training.
