Lego reasserted its market leadership of the toy industry as the Danish maker of plastic figures and bricks reported strong first-half sales and profit growth. Lego, famed for its one product used in sets ranging from the Simpsons and Jurassic Park to its own creations such as Ninjago and Elves, reclaimed the crown as world's biggest toymaker by sales from Mattel, the US maker of Barbie , Hot Wheels and Fisher-Price.
