Supplied in 0.9 x 1.6 mm WCSP, bq25100 single-cell Li-Ion charger supports up to 30 V input and allows control of fast-charge currents from 10–250 mA and precise charge termination down to 1 mA. Step-down DC/DC converter modules TPS82740A and TPS82740B support 200 mA output current with 95% conversion efficiency and consume 360 nA quiescent current during active operation (70 nA during standby). While TPS82740A supports 1.8–2.5 V outputs, TPS82740B supports 2.6–3.3 V in 100 mV steps.
