Velocity to 500 mm/sec and quick acceleration is provided by ironless magnetic linear motor, resulting in accuracy and smooth motion. Precision crossed roller bearings with anti-creep cage ensure guiding accuracy with 1 µm straightness and flatness per 100 mm.
