Flax fiber and linen yarn prices have continued surging this summer in China, mostly due to a lower production level whareas demand remained strong from foreign apparel buyers. The trade war with the United States may negatively affect the market activities whereas India has imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of Chinese linen yarns.
