Flax fiber and linen yarn prices have continued surging this summer in China, mostly due to a lower production level whareas demand remained strong from foreign apparel buyers. The trade war with the United States may negatively affect the market activities whereas India has imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of Chinese linen yarns. Our report offers a comprehensive view of the international market prices, including China's flax fiber import prices and linen yarn and fabric export prices. China's import and export data in volume and value terms are also available for download on a monthly basis back to December 2012.
