Suited for medical/biomedical applications, LPP10 and LPG10 respectively feature glass and plastic packaging that enables thermal flow sensor microchips to non-invasively measure through wall of flow channel inside microfluidic planar substrate. With no moving parts or obstacles in fluid flow path, design provides sensitivity for liquid flow measurement and bubble detection from 0–1,000 µL/min. Flow sensing response time is 30 msec, and sensor resolutions can reach 0.5 nL/min.
