Littleton unit of Curtiss-Wright is sold

Curtiss-Wright and Minneapolis-based Atrenne Integrated Solutions Inc. jointly announced that Atrenne has acquired Curtiss-Wright's engineered packaging unit for an undisclosed price. "The Hybricon brand has a solid reputation for delivering design and manufacturing solutions for high-performance chassis and backplanes to its customers," said Atrenne CEO Jan Erik Mathiesen, in a statement.
