Typically used on multi-station and in-line transfer machines, SAUTER Crown-Type Live Tool Turrets use single motor for both turret indexing and live tool drive. Units are available with 4, 6, or 8 tool positions that are complemented with wide range of off-the-shelf tool spindles. Lubricated for life or connected to central lubrication system, turrets feature tool speeds up to 15,000 rpm, bi-directional indexing, non-lifting tool carrier, and integral high-pressure coolant distribution system.
