Local giants team with Durham startup

Toshiba and Chicago Bridge & Iron are partnering with a Durham energy startup to develop a near zero-carbon emissions natural gas plant in a $140 million demonstrator project to be built with Exelon Corp. Bill Brown, CEO of Durham-based NET Power, outlined the project at the first presentation for E4 Carolinas' new Emerging Energy Technology Series last week.
