At 10 GHz, CMD204C3 features insertion loss of <1 dB, isolation of 50 dB, and 0.1 dB compression point of +25 dBm. Respective values at 20 GHz are 1.2 dB, 40 dB, and +24 dBm. Also available in die form (CMD204), this control device is terminated on both RF ports, fully reciprocal, controlled by complementary logic levels of 0/-5 V, and does not require any additional bias supply. Applications include microwave radio and VSAT, telecom infrastructure, test instrumentation, and military end-use.
