Featuring hybrid microwave IC design and advanced GaAs PHEMT technology, 14 low noise amplifiers (LNAs) are capable of broadband performance between 9 KHz and 18 GHz. Ranges include noise figures from 0.8–3 dB, gain levels from 25–50 dB, gain flatness from ±0.75 to ±1.25 dB, and power output levels (P1dB or Psat) from 10–18 dBm. These connectorized SMA modules are unconditionally stable and include built-in voltage regulation, bias sequencing, and reverse bias protection.
