RoHS-compliant VCO delivers 0.5 ±2.5 dBm of output power into 50 Ω load while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 25 mA typ. Operating range is -40 to +85°C, and typ second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc. MINI-16L package, measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.13 in., is suited for automated SMT assembly and reflow.
