Designed to cover 1,320 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0.5–4.5 Vdc, Model CRO1320A-LF features low phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset while operating from 5 Vdc supply and drawing 29 mA of current. Device provides output power of 0±3 dBm into 50 Ω load over extended commercial temperature range of -40 to 85°C. Housed in 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in. MINI-16-SM package, RoHS-compliant VCO suppresses second harmonic to better than -18 dBc, with tuning sensitivity of 3 MHz/V.
