Supplied in SOT23 Package, HAL 15xy series includes 3-wire version with short-circuit protected open-drain output and 2-wire version with current source interface. Various temperature-compensated constant switching points are also available, and operation is rated from -40 to +150°C ambient. Suited for automotive applications, series incorporates diagnostic features, consumes 1.6 mA, accepts minimum supply voltage of 2.7 V, and can be operated with max supply voltage of 24 V.
