Low lake levels limit access to Lake Wylie

Because of the low water levels, two of the four boat ramps at Buster Boyd Access Area were closed Wednesday. Duke Energy Spokeswoman Jennifer Joban said the closures are meant to ensure the safety of visitors and to protect boat owners' property.
