Installed in inverters for 3-phase asynchronous motors and on-board units, Inductive Chokes limit input current on primary side as well as output current on secondary side. Vibration-resistant units sustain voltage rise up to 10 kV/µs. Ranging from 36–300 mm diameter, chokes are available for frequencies up to 200 kHz and currents to 1,000 A. To withstand high temperatures, devices comply with UL-listed Class H insulation system, which provides thermal protection to 180°C.
