TRC Companies, Inc. has completed its acquisition of the professional services segment of the Willbros Group in an all-cash transaction valued at $130 million, the company announced Tuesday. The Lowell-based engineering, environmental consulting and construction management firm will use the acquisition to create its fourth operating segment, which will be called Pipeline Services.
