Elected to serve 3-year term on ASTM International board of directors, Lt. Cmdr. Scott A. Colburn, RN, is director of the standards program at the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, part of the U.S. FDA. In this position, Colburn manages center’s participation in developing test methods and performance standards for medical devices, and he oversees CDRH staff.
