Model MTS400 offers up to 256 GB storage capacity, while Models MTS600/800 provide up to 512 GB. Comprised of MLC NAND Flash chips, series includes SATA III 6 GBps interface, TS6500 controller, and DDR3 DRAM cache. Drives offer read/write transfer speeds up to 560/310 MBps, as well as full support of SATA Device Sleep Mode and Intel Smart Response Technology.
