The UK Competition and Markets Authority/CMA has expressed concerns over the personal lubricant market as has been reported in the British press . Today, they announced that they are requiring Reckitt Benckiser to license the K-Y brand in the UK to a competitor for eight years in order for the company to be allowed to proceed with the acquisition of that product from Johnson & Johnson .
