MDI billionaire sues neighbors over beach access

A billionaire who built a mansion in Northeast Harbor in 2010 has filed a lawsuit against his neighbors over access to a beach and wharf in front of his house. In response, one of his neighbors has filed a counterclaim against Mitchell Rales , denying any wrongdoing and seeking monetary compensation to cover related legal expenses and "further relief as justice might require."
