Available in sizes from 01005–2225, X7R MLCCs offer capacitance values from 100 pF to 47 µF, 9 standard voltage ratings from 4–500 V, and capacitance tolerances of ±5%, ±10%, and ± 20%. MLCCs with ratings up to 5,000 V are also available, as are automotive and alternate termination options. Exhibiting non-linear TCC within ±15% from -55 to +125°C, RoHS-compliant products are available with plated Ni/Sn, plated gold, and Flexiterm® terminations.
