Designed for PWM current control of 3-phase brushless DC motors, Model A4915 is capable of high current gate drive for N-channel power MOSFETs. Internal charge pump ensures gate drive down to 7 V supply and provides limited gate drive down to 5 V, while bootstrap capacitor generates supply voltage greater than source voltage of high side MOSFET. Offered in 28-pin TSSOP or 28-contact 5 x 5 mm QFN package, IC includes internal synchronous rectification circuitry to optimize power dissipation.
