Designed to address wide variety of applications including motor drives, UPS, and DC/AC inverters, 85 V MIC4605 Half-Bridge MOSFET Driver features adaptive-dead-time circuitry, which actively monitors half bridge to minimize time between high and low side MOSFET transitions. Anti-shoot-through circuitry prevents erroneous inputs and noise from turning both MOSFETs on at same time.
