Designed for hybrid, electric vehicle, and 48 V automotive battery systems, Series A4900 provides 6 gate drives capable of driving wide range of N-channel IGBT or power MOSFET switches. Gate drives are configured as 3 high-voltage, high-side units and 3 low-side models. Isolated up to 600 V, high-side drives operate with high bridge supply voltages. Internal monitors ensure that gate-source voltage of both high-side and low-side external FET is above 9 V when active.
