MPA and IBM complete pilot trial of SAFER to improve maritime and port operations

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), along with IBM, has concluded the pilot trial of three modules under the MPA-IBM SAFER project that seeks to improve maritime and port operations to help Singapore handle its growing vessel traffic.
