(Telecompaper) Hungarian operator Magyar Telekom has introduced Magenta1, the converged offer of fixed and mobile services in a single package being rolled out by its parent company Deutsche Telekom across Europe. In addition to the tariff packages for home use, customers can opt for a post-paid mobile subscription, including a data tariff plan with no overage charges. The Magenta1 packages include free use of the TV Go service, while users of the highest speed internet package can also enjoy the Moziklub (MovieClub) service unlimited within Hungary. Any domestic fixed line or mobile number can be called for HUF 0 (up to HUF 5,000), and the mobile tariff plan can include unlimited national calls. The Magenta1 terminal offer provides a HUF 20,000 discount if a TV set and smartphone of the same manufacturer are purchased together. The monthly fee amounts to around HUF 14,900, with a 24-month contract.
