Major mixed-use project near Exxon campus delayed

The timeline for CityPlace, a 60-acre mixed-use development planned in a prime location near Exxon Mobil Corp.'s new campus in Springwoods Village, has been pushed back. The roads and infrastructure for the project are underway this year, said Keith Simon , executive vice president and director of development at CDC Houston, which is developing the project in a joint venture with Houston-based Patrinely Group and San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate Co.
