Daily Times: Governments of Malawi and the United States have signed a US$3.4 million agreement to finance Malawi's Climate Change adaptation and mitigation activities including lowering carbon emissions.
Speaking at the signing of the agreement in Lilongwe on Tuesday, mission director for United States Aid for International Development (Usaid) Doug Arbuckle, said the agreement would help foster a strong partnership between the two countries in lowering Malawi's green gas emissions.
