Man jailed for calling, texting ex 21,807 times

The 33-year-old man was sentenced to 10 months in prison and ordered to pay a $1,300 fine for the deluge of phone calls and text messages over a 10-month time period after the couple broke up in 2011, Agence France-Presse reported. The man told the court last week he had been trying to reach his ex to get compensation or acknowledgment for work he had done on their apartment.
