Man struck, killed by train on Pittsburgh's North Side

The man was struck just before 9 p.m. on the Norfolk Southern tracks near Anderson Street, which is near the Giant Eagle. A spokesperson with Norfolk Southern Corporation confirmed that the eastbound Norfolk Southern train had one locomotive and 11 empty rail cars.
