Man suspected in a rape at knife point arrested in the Lower Valley

The Lone Star Fugitive Task force on Wednesday arrested an El Paso man suspected in a rape at knife point, U.S. Marshals Service officials said. Rodolfo Madrid, 40, was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault and harassment following an investigation by El Paso police that began last month, officials said.
