In Portfolio Segment Marketing, we work with Product and Strategy teams to develop the positioning strategy for all SES offerings with a focus on building compelling value propositions specific to each of our target market segments. This group also creates messaging, content and marketing collateral to articulate those value propositions and their application in our customers business. Are you? A selfdirected product and technology marketing professional, ready to lead a strategic marketing initiative that has the visibility of top executives across the entire company An effective collaborator who works effectively with a cross functional team to plan and execute on a contentdriven marketing strategy Talented in storytelling and creating messaging and content that inspires customers and partners to envision the positive impact our solutions have on their businesses and their customers Passionate about technology interested in satellite technologies, cloud edge compute technologies, connectivity business models, data networking principles, and software innovation shaping the future of the satellite communications industry Primary ResponsibilitiesKey Result Areas Leads competitive positioning strategy, value proposition messaging, and portfolio and segment marketing content development of O3b mPOWERbased services and solutions Works directly with senior SES executives to develop thought leadership messaging and content articulating SESs nongeostationary orbit technology strategy and the value of the O3b mPOWER technology partner ecosystem Partners with SES sales leadership, Segment Market Managers SMMs, Product Line Managers PLM, and Marketing and Communications colleagues to plan and execute effective market launches of O3b mPOWER based services Directs the development of O3b mPOWER sales enablement assets, partnering with Product Strategy teams to produce customerfacing presentations and marketing assets for executive and technical decision makers Collaborates closely with Growth Marketing and External Communications teams to ensure O3b mPOWER content is used effectively in regional and global marketing campaigns Responsible for optimising O3b mPOWER microsite and ses.com web pages for effective portfolio positioning and lead conversion Leads technology partner comarketing initiatives, including written collateral, video and animation assets, event speakerships, and internal sales training initiatives Responsible for evangelising our O3b mPOWER message externally and throughout the Marketing and Communications organization, helping colleagues in External Communications, Internal Communications, Growth Marketing, and Marketing Operations deliver a consistent, cohesive message through all SES marketing channels Educates SESers on O3b mPOWER portfolio strategy, collaborating closely with Internal Communications and Portfolio Segment Marketing teams to generate regular employee communications on portfolio and segment level positioning Who We Are Looking For More About You In order to achieve the outcomes described above, we believe you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following Preferred Education Experience a combination of education and experience will be considered Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering or similar 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in an international company Proven track record in project management and leading crossfunctional teams to drive business outcomes Inspiring communication skills with the ability to influence and lead audiences and stakeholders Expertise of core content marketing concepts and strategy Extensive knowledge of the satellite and communications networking industries Excellent working proficiency in MS Office product suite Fluent in English proficiency in other languages is a plus especially French, Spanish or Portuguese Excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent interpersonal skills Whats in it for you Flexible working policy Bonus and equity plans Comprehensive and competitive benefits plans A range of wellness activities and employee assistance programmes varies by location An employer that values all aspects of Diversity and respects every individuals story The contents of this job description are subject to change.
