We are currently looking for a Managing Director to support our customer in French Guiana. Managing Director Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Interface between the parent company, different customers and subcontractors Implementation of the business strategy Leading of the company in all business related aspects contractual, technical, personnel, financial and administrative Handling of contracts Representation of the company on different occasions Proposal preparation and contract negotiation Entire administration of capital Determination of the personnel policy. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant discipline Several years of professional experience in a similar position Good knowledge of electro mechanics, mechanics and hydraulics Experience with Office Tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication and delegation skills as well as a high level of flexibility and team spirit Fluency in German and French is mandatory as well as a very good knowledge of English.
